January Kick Start Plan
Welcome to my January Monthly Workout Schedule. I want you to bear with me over the next week or so as I have some really exciting plans for my website that will be revealed in early January, I was hoping for it all to be completed for you to start January but I want to get it right and I know you will be so pleased with what my new website has to offer.
I did this very successful January kick start last year and it really proved beneficial in building fitness, strength, motivation and really getting results which is why I am sharing it again now. Workout with me every day in January and kickstart your year ahead. I have also included a meal plans and recipes for you, much like my 30 Day fitness challenge – if you haven’t done that already – put it on your list!
This challenge will not only increase you strength, power, endurance, mobility, flexibility and balance but will also get you in am amazing mental state of mind leaving you feeling like you can take on the world.
I design my monthly plans with one question in mind - “What do my clients really need to get out of this plan to achieve long term consistency - not just for 31 days?” I select a range of workout from my website to meet your goals, I want you to use it as a platform to change your life forever.
Exciting Times Ahead
With my new website you will be able to choose workouts on demand just like you do now but you will also be able to select a workout monthly program to suit your goals. Because the 30 day fitness challenge was such a huge success for not only my followers but also for me and I will certainly be carry on and filming new workouts each week which will be added to my monthly workout schedule so you can train just like me, with me everyday.
I would like to thank you for all you support you have shown me over the last year and I look forward to sharing lots more great workouts and content for you.

Don’t wait until you’ve reached your goal to be proud of yourself, be proud every step you take to reaching that goal. When it gets harder, challenge yourself to be stronger.
